Lorenzo will wear sunglasses and '99' designed by Anna Vives
June 03, 2016
Lorenzo will once again wear the '99' number on his Yamaha M1 with Anna Vives typography and as a novelty for this fourth year of collaboration, both feature a Skull Rider sunglasses model specially designed by Anna Vives.
Anna Vives, who already designed the 'Graffiti' helmet that Jorge used also in Montmeló in 2013 and 2014, has wanted to reflect once again all his creativity playing with his typography and very lively colors. Jorge liked the idea and decided to wear these 'Skull Rider-Anna Vives' glasses throughout the weekend at the Barcelona-Catalunya Circuit.
In addition, the full proceeds from the sale of this model will go to the Itinerarium Foundation for the creation of an inclusive circuit for sports in Palma de Mallorca, the pilot's hometown.
Jorge Lorenzo shows again his unconditional support to people with Down Syndrome and other special needs and together with Skull Rider and the ideas of Anna Vives will make this space so they can practice sport like any other person.
At an exclusive, invite-only event held at Hard Rock Cafe Barcelona last Thursday February 13th, we presented the new company behind the brand, Skull Rider Factory SL. We introduced our new management, our new strategic direction, we shared sneak peeks of upcoming collections and a preview of physical Skull Rider stores.
Hard Rock Cafe values the importance of being authentic and independent just as much as we do. This very important part of shared DNA made us want to join forces to create a memorable, one-of-a-kind immersive experience that rocks!
